Both 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0and 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0grade students learn how to think critically and reflectively. Student enrichment activities offered to program participants lead to the development of a driven, academically-prepared student.\u00a0 While many of our i<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0courses are designed to provide preparation for students transitioning to the International Baccalaureate Diploma or Career-related Programme, participants are also well-prepared for Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, and Honors coursework opportunities during their junior and senior years of high school.<\/p>\n<p>Freshmen participate in AP World History and Honors Biology, while also taking Honors English Language and Composition. Sophomore students participate in AP English Language and Composition and Honors Chemistry, while also taking Honors Government and Economics. During the tenth grade, students focus on academic preparation for future secondary academic endeavors.
